ARPALER meets every 4th Wednesday of the month at the Rochester Police Locust Club Building located at 1425 Lexington Avenue, Rochester, New York 14606.
Lunch is served at 12:00 pm and the meeting starts at 1:00 pm.
No monthly meetings in July, August and December.
